We set up our first website in 1999, offering one Florida villa for rent. By 2002, we had over 400 Florida Villas for rent, ranging from 2 to 8 bedrooms, from
the Gulf Coast to Daytona. We have now scaled back considerably on our main website to around 150 quality and reasonably priced Florida Villas, many of which
are personally managed through our own property management company, set up in 2004, to look after other owner's Florida Villas.
The Orlando Villas property management division was a roaring success, right from the start, mainly because of the extremely high standards we offer our owners and
guests. We need never spring clean a home, as they are continually kept to very high standard of cleanliness.
To be able to offer quality Orlando Villas, we have also partnered with a number of smaller management companies in Florida,
who are all personally managed by British husband and wife teams, settled in the USA. These small teams are our guarantee of personal service, fast
response times and quick soultions to any problems that do arise with our guests.
For each home, you are given a local manager's 24-hour contact and
also have the double back up with our own 24-hour local help line, should you have any requirements while on Florida Holidays. We are a listening company,
listening to our customers, guests, owners and suppliers, and will try to steer a middle line ensuring all are kept happy. We are always available for consultation.
