We currently have availability for 3 and 4 bedroom homes on a guaranteed rental basis for the summer of 2010 only. Our rates are very attractive and management and cleaning fees are included.

3 bedroom homes - $1400 per month
4 bedroom homes - $1600 per month

We pay the above rate and provide management, regular maintenance, pest control and cleaning free of charge. You remain responsible for the utilities, insurance, taxes and any HOA fees. You also have to pay for the pool and lawn maintenance at our current rates.

Offshore Workers Promotion
We have a current promotion running in offshore oil industry workers in the UK north sea sector. These are high value clients and bookings will be for a minimum of 2 weeks. In this program, we add many extras to the bookings (See www.florida-villa.com/2007/florida_villas/oil.php for full details.

Prices and costs are exactly the same, except we add $50 to your commission towards the promotional costs.

Many of these guys are known personally to Jim and are considered high value, high quality clients. Usually homes with extras such as games rooms, etc and with general high standards are used in this promotion. This is an industry which has not really felt the downturn and is currently booming, with high revenue earners. They are generally very well behaved families with very little problems.

All managed homes are included in this program unless specifically opting out.

If you choose to be included in this program, then the tor operator will add a commission to your price which will be shown on the booking as a higher than normal commission. The net proceeds to you will be exactly the same as other bookings from the website. There is no option to opt out of individual bookings or from individual travel agents. We currently operate through travel agents in the USA, UK and Israel.
