A recent guest to a home we do not manage said
Overall the villa was nice, as you know we have stayed in this street before and plan to use your company again to book, however I will only book homes which are fully managed by Your Florida Group as having now compared to another I appreciate the personal and promt service you have provided in the past. I would recommend to the owners or potential owners that they utilise the management services offered by your company.

    Are you having trouble with your current management company? I have been there, done that, wore the T-shirt, pulled all my hair out, had sleepless nights, considered selling up, ranted and raved, pleaded, cried...... You know what I am talking about, if you are in that situation now.

    We can help you. We will not promise you to be the cheapest. We will not promise you to keep your home full all the time (we will try). We will not promise you will have no problems with your home. What we will promise is to be honest, and to look after your home like it was our own. We will promise that you will be able to sleep sound at night, in the knowledge that you have a solid, dependable, reliable, honest and trustworthy team on the spot, taking care of your home.

    Stress is a killer. We know of many owners who are really stressed out, due to management company problems. We have been there, and know what it is like. We will definitely reduce the stress of your experience of owning a home in the Disney area.

    We do not pay bills and complete tax forms for you. These are things you can easily do yourselves. We will help you with this, if required, to start with. We will concentrate on doing the things you cannot do, the maintenance of the home. When registering with the county, it is important to note that we are a 'Contact Only' Management company.

    If More than max bathrooms, next band is charged for cleaning costs. Games room is considered as an extra bedroom for cleaning costs.

    Please Note: Additional charges may be applicable as follows:
  • Negative Balance - $25 per month
  • Paying utility bills - This service is not available
  • Completing Sales tax forms - This service is not available

    Garden Note
    The garden fee includes fertilizing, weed and feed, trimming bushes, bug control, irrigation checks, etc. In other words, the full service, which most other management companies charge regular extra fees for.

    Some gardens will be levied an extra charge due to extra the size of the garden, the amount of bushes, trees, shrubs, etc. If you are in this category, we will let you know what the extra charge will be.

    Please note: Unlike most other companies, we make no extra charge for weed and feed on your garden. We make no extra charge for trimming your trees. We make no extra charge for mulching your garden. WOW!!

    If the community keeps your garden, then we do recommend a reduced garden service, as we find that community gardeners do little more than cut the grass. This allows us to keep the outside appearance of the home at it's best. The reduced garden fee is $20 per month.

    Maintenance Note
    This item covers the provision of materials for the home and minor maintenance issues. This will specifically provide the items left for the new guests (Milk, Tea, Coffee, etc), changing light bulbs, batteries, etc.

    Pool Care Note
    Hot tubs which are seperate from the pool system are much more work than the integral hot tubs. If a hot tub is on the premises, an extra charge of $60 per month is levied for this extra work.
