Booking Procedure Notes

It is the responsibility of all owners to put prices in the system. Help is available if required.

Your Florida Group Collect All payments, and this is passed to the owner on or before the date of entry, not at the point of booking.

Owners who do not keep calendars up to daye, receive a strike against their reliability rating. Three strikes within a year, and the home is removed.

Owners must pass directions and instructions to guests as soon as we let them know the payment and security is in place.

Owners may, and are encouraged, to contact the guest direct at any time, after the booking is made through the details given in their control panel.
