| We Listen |
Our own experience, as owners of villas in Florida, was that the management company wasn't really interested in listening to you. They would
hear what you have to say, get you on that aircraft back to the UK, and think, "OK, we have another year, before we have to bother with them again".
That doesn't mean we are going to please everyone. we have already had some owners, and our styles and manners just don't match, and we have had
to part company. If it comes to that, then the parting will be easy, and most of these owners are stil members of this site, even though we do
not manage their homes. |
| We Communicate |
We are very hi-tech, and have communications coming out of our ears. We pride ourselves in answering all emails, telephones, mail, etc in an
average of less than 1 hour. Of course, if you send me an email, and I am in bed, or I am mid-atlantic, then you will have to wait longer.
We have readily available email, free telephone numbers in both the UK and USA, and will always respond promptly to all requests.

| We Care |
We try our best to show you how it is up front. We set our fees based on what has to be done to keep the home up to standard, not on the basis that
we will claw it back elsewhere at a later date. I do not believe that any other Central Florida Management company have less additional fees than
we have. You truly have to have extra, unforseen work before we charge any extra fees. Of course, we do expect you to do some annual maintenance
when you are there yourself as well.

| We Stand |
We stand up for truth, and also believe we stand out in the crowd. This company has been founded on firm moral convictions. It is our view that we
should always do the "Right Thing", even when it may cost us, and often it has.

| We Act |
Sometimes, of course, you just have to take decisive action. Our motto, as a management company, is "Looking after your home like it was our own".
That sometimes means we will have to act in your best interests, without the time, or the opportunity, to wait for approval or sanction from you.
We will act as in what we would do in our own home, and we expect you to accept that, even though it may cost you money.
