All prices displayed on this website include all local taxes and resort tax. Optional extras may include pool heating, child's items, BBQ rental, etc.
Please Note: A 3% Credit Card Fee will apply to all bookings and will be applied to all prices shown at the point of payment
All payments must be made by credit card, and credit card details will be stored on our secure server, allowing automatic payment of booking at the following times:
A deposit of $300 is taken to secure the bookingThe balance of the booking is automatically charged 10 weeks prior to entry date
Deductions of cost of any damages or breakages discovered post reservation
Please note that if the booking is made within 10 weeks of the starting date, the total amount of the cost will be deducted at time of booking.
| Booking Terms
By booking a home on this website, you accept the terms of this website as follows.
Your Florida Group will collect all payments
for the vacation home, including deposit of $300, and balance payment.
Your Florida Group will also hold credit card details of all guests, and any damages will be
automatically deducted after an inspection of the home when you leave and where any damages or breakages are found. A charge of 10% wll be added to
the owners costs to cover our admin and credit card fees. Prior to arriving in the villa, we will charge your card with $300,
and this will be refunded after your stay, only if the home is left in good condition and reasonable tidy and clean.
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will occur
More than 2 months, loss of deposit only
Less than 2 months, 50% of total cost
Less than 1 month, 100% of total cost
| Home Booked
The home you book is the specific home you are renting, but is subject to confirmation within 24 hours of booking.
Full directions and instructions will be sent by email at least 7 days before you travel. If you have not received satisfactory travel instructions
by this point, it is your responsibility to contact us and let us know. If you do not advise us and travel without proper directions, we will not be responsible for
any loss you incur.
In the event that there is any probem with this specific home, we will offer you a replacement of at least the same standard, at the same price. In the
event we are not able to agree to a replacement home, our liability will be restricted to a complete refund of all monies paid.
