Listing Terms

By listing your villas or vacation homes on this website, you agree to the conditions which are contained on this page. You further agree to check this page once a month for any change in terms and conditions, which may be made from time to tme. Any changes will also be notified to you by email.

All tools and resources on this website are made freely available for your use, but you may not offer the use of any of these tools and resources elsewhere unless specifically allowed to do so on this website, or by our written consent. You may not post any contact information in any part of your listing, with the exception of any specific request on any of the website's forms. Specifically, no contact information of any type may be posted on the home description, facilities or terms and condition sections. Any member abusing this rule, will be automatically removed from the website without any consultation.

Please note, all prices on the website must include all taxes and be the final price the guest pays.
Booking Terms

By offering your home for bookings on this website, you accept that all bookings are made through Your Florida Group and that no direct bookings may be entered into with any guest who comes to you through this website.

Your Florida Group will collect all payments for the vacation home, including deposit of $300, and balance payment. Your Florida Group will also hold credit card details of all guests, and will stand good for up to $300 damages on any bookings, subject to photographic evidence with a date shown on the photo.

Payment for the vacation home will be sent by check in US funds, or in UK funds, at your choice, to arrive with you before the date of commencement of the holiday. Funds may not be cleared at the date of entry.

Your Florida Group will notify you when the deposit is received to hold the dates, and also when the balance and security is in place, to send the directions and instructions to the guests. You will be expected to send full directions and instructions before receiving payment for the booking.

In the event of a cancellation, we will send the deposit of $300 less our commission costs or 50% of deposit, whichever is less, so you are guaranteed 50% of the deposit.

The home which is booked must be the actual home the guest is placed in. If in exceptional circumstances, this is not possible, please contact us to approve any changes to the booking.
Contact With Guests

Once a booking is placed in your home, all the guest's information is available through your personal control panel. You are then allowed, and encouraged to contact the guest and introduce yourslef to them.

If under any circumstances the guest wants to make any payment direct to you, this is not permitted unless the guest signs a disclaimer absolving Your Florida Group of any responsibility for the booking.

Any future bookings the guest make with you will be solely between you and the guest. Your Florida Group will not be entitled to any commission, neither will be responsible for the booking in any way.

Under no circumstances may this guests information be passed to any other company, other than your management agency, for the benefit of the guest stay.
