This privately owned 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa is set in a quiet and peaceful location on the beautiful Westridge Community, which is situated in a prime location on Highway 27 with Disney being just 15 minutes away. It is just off Highway 192, the main route through Kissimmee, with its many restaurants, bars, retail outlets and other attractions and there is easy access to the I4 - making the airports and Tampa (for Busch Gardens) easy to reach.

The rear faces onto a large lawned area which is not overlooked ensuring peace, quiet and privacy.

There is also an automatic sprinkler system for the lawns.

The villa itself sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, colour Cable TV, an en suite bath, separate shower and WC. There is one other double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (one with single beds and one with a 4'6" and a single bed). All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and modern furnishings in the Floridian style. The second bathroom has a washroom, shower and WC with poolside access.

There is an area for formal dining and a separate breakfast area that overlooks the pool. Both are tiled throughout. The large kitchen and Utility Room are fully equipped with all amenities including washer and drier, fridge freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste disposal and both conventional and microwave ovens.

Attached to the dining and breakfast areas there is a large open plan living area.

This is fully furnished (complete with double bed settee) and has Cable TV, Video and phone line for free local calls.

The villa has its own screened pool area with a 30' heated swimming pool*, Lanai (or shaded area), pool furniture and an extended deck and BBQ area. For child safety all poolside access doors are fitted with pool alarms.

There is also a fully equipped games room (added in 2006) which has a full size pool table, a power-operated air hockey game and table soccer. It is fully furnished with comfortable seating and is air conditioned.

The Westridge Development has a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, a volleyball and basketball court and a children's play area - all for the exclusive use of the residents and their guests and just a short walk from your front door.

It is also close to several golf courses. The nearest Championship course is just 2 minutes away and there are 50 other top quality listed courses within 20 minutes drive.
