DVD players also at premises. Exceptionally high standard of finish throughout; within 10-15 minutes of Disney and three minutes from shops and restaurants, including a large Supermarket

Bathroom with large walk in shower, single washbasin, WC. Whilst not specifically designed for the disabled the downstairs facilities are ideal for those of limited mobility.

Additional separate WC and washbasin.

Three separately contained washing areas provides privacy for 3 different family groups.

Sitting room: a quiet room to sit and discuss plans for the day. One sofa bed and a love seat. Seats 6.

Dining room: adjacent to above. dining table seats 6 people.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with 4 ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener plus cutlery, glasses and crockery for up to 12 settings. Large pantry cupboard.

Breakfast seating area: table with seating for 4 overlooking pool area.

Family room: Cable TV, audio tape/cd player, DVD player, radio, stereo system, Video player with large selection of videos. Seating for 5.

Laundry room: large load tumble dryer and washing machine. Iron, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items.

All rooms are fully air conditioned. All linens and towels are supplied.

Outside: Swimming pool with integral spa (note: it is not a hot tub). Extended lanai with 2 sun loungers, patio table and 4 chairs.
There is also an open air outdoor shower and a further WC with washbasin (enclosed!)
