Our luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa with large 30ft private heated pool is 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and is situated in a beautiful wooded setting in a small development of only 50 individual luxury villas. It is only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to HIghway 192 and all the other attractions of Central Florida.

Facilities
As the villa is our own holiday home from home we have furnished it to create a truly fabulous American atmosphere. Unlike most holiday lets which are furnished with rental in mind, we have chosen luxurious and comfortable furniture and beds to make our own and our guest�s stay in Florida as special as possible.

The villa is single storey, luxurious and spacious. Fully carpeted and air conditioned, it has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with queen size bed has its own luxury bathroom with shower, roman tub and double vanity unit. Two further bedrooms, one with queen size bed one, with twin beds share a second bathroom. The living accommodation provides sitting room, dining room and a very large family room, combined with a fitted kitchen and breakfast area. A sofa bed in the family room converts to a queen size bed for the occasions when more than six people occupy the villa. A separate utility room has a large washer and a tumble dryer available for guest�s use. From the utility there is access to the large double garage.

A covered �lanai� area provides shade from the sun and leads to the terrace around the 30�x15� freeform heated pool with Roman steps for easy safe access. A mesh screen structure around the pool prevents insects from coming in so you can sit out even after dark without being bitten.

The pool and garden are maintained by our local management company who are also available to guests for help and advice. The villa is fully cleaned before your arrival. We provide the necessary bed linen and towels, except beach towels and the villa is fully equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdrier. In the kitchen there is an American range, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and microwave. Small items such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are all provided. Telephone is installed with free local calls and a security system and smoke alarm system throughout the house are fitted for your peace of mind. Television is provided in the family room (cable HDTV and Blu-ray/DVD player) and master bedroom.
