We stayed in this Villa in April/May 2010, and we loved it. The location was great and the wal-mart was so close so that we could get our late night groceries for the next day. The only problem we had was the dryer. I really think a new one should be purchased. We had a hard time getting our clothes dry and making sure the towels were done on departure. Another added feature would be to include some information on what restuarants are close. And some brochures of pizza places. Took us a while to find that info. There was 4 adults and 3 kids that stayed here we did not feel squished at all. We would definately book this house again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in Florida.

exactly what we expected, good vaue for money and good quality facilities with plenty of room. Also really helped wheh we were stuck in Florida for an extra week due the volcanic ash cloud. Many thanks and would use you again and have infcat already recommended someone to yourslves who has since made a booking and stayed for a week with you.

We had a fantastic time at the villa, it was exactly as described on the site. Only 2 small niggles - we had requested a lap top and it wasnt there and there wasnt access to the safe, the telephone number wouldnt work for the help line, it wasnt a major problem and i realise that i could have got in touch during the holiday to sort this out. All in all it was perfect and providing you will have us back im sure we will return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this villa and will be using it again. All was as stated in information. Good value for money and very clean. Any queries were dealt with quickly. Would recommend villa and company to friends.

The location of this villa was excellent we were within easy driving distance of all parks and major highways. We were also only minutes from Wallmart supermarket, a petrol station and a choice of takeaway food outlets.
The villa was of a very high standard and exceeded our expectations. The owners quite obviously take pride in this property. The villa had everything you could need for a perfect family holiday.
The furnishing and decor were of a very high quality and made us feel like our home for the 3 weeks we were there. The internet access was invaluable and would have been worth paying extra for. We used this to plan our days and keep in touch with family.
We had good communication with the owner and would have no hesitation in booking this villa when visiting Florida again in the future.
We would like to say thanks to Clive for help making our holiday a memorable one. We would recommend this property with a 10/10 score.

We particularly chose this location as we have stayed onsite before. The house was fabulous, clean and well equipped. The double beds however were very noisy even when you were turning over and kept several of us awake. The pool furniture was not very stable and there were 2 chairs that were broken on arrival. The BBQ had not been cleaned by the previous occupants and the gas canister was empty so having purchased supplies to cook we were then unable to without purchasing a whole canister (not sure if this is normally supplues FOC). Although I thought I requested pool heat at the time of booking it took me 5 very expensive phone calls to correct this with the heating being put on 2 days before we flew home which was not of much use. The home phone does not allow you to dial out even with a calling card so I had to use my mobile to contact Florida Group. All in all though it was excellent value for money and will definately stay there again. I wish the owners every success for the furture.

Your feed back is particulary important. Out of the 4 reviews we have had, we have received the maximum 10/10 for cleanliness 3 times including this one. We are writing this on 21st December 2008 and are at the Villa ourselves. Firstly I want to deal with the beds. So far this year we have spent 11 thousand dollars doing the refurb which is reflected in the comments so far. We were aware of the beds particularly in the master bedroom. You will be pleased to know that we have just bought a new box set bed including matress and this is now luxurious even if we say so ourselves. We plan to change the matress on the other double bed in May 2009 which is not so bad and is very comfortable, so we are listening and delivering.
Now its our turn for a little moan. When we got there we found numerous stains on our new carpets. I have to say we have no idea who caused them but we have corrected that too. We are trying so hard to make it nice for everyone but we also need the guests help too. Being a little more thoughtful particularly with food and drink and of course, sun tan oil means things will last longer and this means we will be able to improve facilities rather than repair the damage. we are trying to keep our prices one of the cheapest on this site yet still provide one of the best villas available. Please help us to do this. We want you to have a great experiance and enjoy our villa for many years to come.
Now the phone,the phone is Vonage which relies on the internet, although we purchased a new router in March 2008, it has proved un reliable and is the cause of the phone link being un reliable. As a result in December 2008 we purchased a new router, this time we have tested it ourselves for 3 weeks and it is proving very reliable and was available 100% of the time so this should have sorted out this issue too. The pool furniture is made out of plumbers piping we have repaired the chairs and will ask Florida Villa to check if they have come apart. As they are very comfortable and good quality we do not believe they should be changed at this time. Please remember our personal details are available in the manual in the Villa if anyone has any problems send a text to the mobile phone or ask flrida villa to ask us to get in touch.
Now the Gas for the BBQ. we provide the BBQ FOC many charge for this, we buy gas everytime we come but it is not included in ther price. It is pot luck whether the gas tank wil be full or empty. Gas is 20 dollars and available from the fuel station 2 minutes away. in the scheme of things 20 dollars is not important.

Everything was great about the villa; location, facilities, the only problem we had were the double beds in both the main two bedrooms were the most uncomfortable and noisy we have ever slept in and subsequently had very disturbed nights.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house is beautiful. Our only complaint is that we were not given keys to the community tennis courts nor were we given a map showing the location. The map should be included in the White Welcome Binder along with the facilities that are available within the community. We never did find the volleyball nets.

Feedback like this means an awful lot to us. As new owners we did not get the community facility keys when we bought the property although we have now located a key and will be able to access it in December when we go ourselves. In the meantime should anyone need a key please let me know and we will do everything to get it earlier.
