Located at Oak Point, Davenport just 15 minutes drive from Disney and 8 minutes drive from the Highway 192 attractions. Oak Point is a prestigious and quiet private residential community accessed from the CR54 and Old Lake Wilson Road which leads directly off Highway 192 approximately 7 miles south of its intersection with Interstate 4. Alternatively you can access from Highway 27 within 5 minutes.

The villa has been completely upgraded the highest standards and is fully air conditioned throughout. Our home has 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master suite comprises of a Queen size bed, complete with a very spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and walk in wardrobe housing a private safe. The master suite leads out to the magnificent fully screened heated swimming pool for that early morning dip.

The second bedrooms also has a Queen size bed with the third bedroom hosting twin beds. These are separated by the second bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, both bathrooms provide a double sink unit and vanity lighting.

A full size cot/crib and high chair is also available at no extra cost.

The breakfast kitchen is fully fitted and has every appliance that anyone could need.

	Q:	Hi, Not sure how up-to-date your calendar is but we are interested in staying in your villa from Sat 25 Oct - Sat 8 Nov 2008. My flights may take a couple of weeks to be confirmed (due to transfer of airmiles), if available is it possible for you to preliminarily hold these 2 weeks for me? Look forward to hearing from you. 	A:	This home is under the instant confirmation scheme, which means the calendar is 100% accurate at all times. I regret that we cannot hold any bookings until a deposit is in place.

	Q:	The icon on the initial description shows free pool heating, yet on the booking pages I was asked for $280 and $50 for the free gas BBQ.Could you please clarify these points for me. Can you also confirm that the pool is south-facing.Thanks, Steve.
	A:	Free solar heating is included, but if you want an electric top up, there is a cost. The BBQ is included with all bookings on this home, so do not select the BBQ option, which is generic to the website.

We would however like a few more details on the property including roughly how old it is and some idea of what refurbishment has been undertaken recently, eg when the beds were last renewed? 	A:	Although there is an alarm in the villa for fire there isn't one for security reasons and in the 14 years we have had the villa we have never had the need for one. It is on a very open plot and probably the most visual on the community where it is built. I am certain you will feel and be very safe staying in our home.
