Our five bedroom/four bathromm home comfortably accommodates up to 11 adults plus 1 infant and is located on the exlusive community of Hampton Lakes. Hampton Lakes is situated off the US 27 approx 2 miles south of the 192 which gives easy access to theme parks, shops, and several public golf courses.also it is within easy reach of the I4 which in turn provides access to eother cost of Florida.The Hampton Lakes community has a communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis and basket ball courts, a sand volley ball court and a children's play area.

Accomodation details

Family Room

A spacious room with a vaulted ceiling overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi. Furnished to a very high standard in warm textures and relaxing colours. A remote control 52” Cinema cable TV, over 200 channels incl Premiership Football , Video/DVD is provided for your pleasure. A large selection of video’s & DVD’s are also provided & there are numerous books for you to read whilst relaxing by the pool.

Living Room/Games Room

Providing additional living space, this room is also furnished in comfortable and relaxing colours, furnished with a large corner suite, a remote control Cable TV, Gamecube Games Console, Video & CD stereo system. A full size pool table & an electronic dartboard is provided for you and your party to enjoy a friendly competition ! There are numerous toys and games for the younger members of your group including a basketball & tennis racquets for the more athletic to use on the communal tennis courts.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with all the modern appliances and more besides. These include a full size, electric self cleaning oven, a microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, large fridge freezer with maker, electric kettle, all this and extras. A phone is provided from where guests can make free local & International calls.

Laundry

This is equipped with a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Ironing board & Iron is also supplied.

Patio/Pool Area

A private 25’ x 40’ fully screened patio area with a 30’x15’ south facing walk-in heated Swimming Pool & Gas heated Jacuzzi, fenced on all sides for extra privacy, furnished with a 2 patio tables & parasols and seating for 10 & 6 luxury longers. The pool is fitted with automatic cleaning & filtration equipment, underwater lighting and an electric heater. The Jacuzzi also has underwater lighting and is heated separately by gas.

Bedroom # 1 Master Bedroom

Overlooking the pool area and fully furnished with a Huge King size bed, TV Cable and it’s own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe (with safe facilities). The en-suite bathroom comprises of His & Hers washbasins, oval bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet cubicle.Hairdryer & hair straightners are provided.

Computer suite

Furnished with up to date PC & printer with full email & High Speed Wifi Internet access.

Bedroom # 2

Furnished with a Queen bed and it’s own en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes & Cable TV. The en-suite bathroom comprises of washbasin, toilet & bath/shower.
Hairdryer is also provided.

Bedroom # 3

Fully furnished with twin beds and walk-in wardrobes. This bedroom shares the fourth bathroom with bedroom # 5.

Bedroom # 4

Fully furnished with a Full (Double) bed, fitted wardrobe Cable TV and it’s own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom comprises of a washbasin, toilet & walk-in shower. hairdryer also provided.

Bedroom # 5

Fully furnished with twin beds and a walk-in wardrobe, this bedroom shares the fourth bathroom with bedroom # 3.

All bedrooms have large walk-in wardrobes and ample drawer space and in order to ensure that guests do not oversleep for those trips out to the attractions, we have provided clock radios in all master bedrooms. Hairdryers & hot brushes are also provided in each bathroom along with ample towels (only for use in the villa).
