Two separate dining areas and a breakfast bar give plenty of space for a little snack, or a great family meal. A fully equipped kitchen including dishware, cookware and utensils, microwave, washer and dryer, and cable TV are part of the standard features offered in this vacation rental home. The community is surrounded by a nature preserve. The villa does not have any direct rear neighbours and the oversized pool deck invites to lounge and soak up the glorious Florida Sun. A: There are three bedrooms each with double beds and three bedrooms each with two single beds.

Q: we are 8 adults and 9 kids, but they are all in the age range 6-11 and each dont need a bed for themselves and will share the beds. we will take care of the property.
A: The villa is available but I only accept a minimum 14 day bookings for Christmas and Easter
