Chatham Park is a Morrison Homes (Wimpey) built development of 300 residential and holiday owned homes. Quiet, peaceful and yet only 1/2 a mile away from the main 192 Highway, with its many shops and restaurants. Flea markets, golf, airboats and more only minutes away. Located only a few miles away from the popular Old Town one way and Medieval Times Castle/Wal-Mart store the other.

In-between markers 13/14 for those familiar with the 192 marker system. 3 Miles from Lake Beuna Vista Factory Stores and another 3 miles to the Popular Orlando Premium Outlets (off International Drive/Vineland Road. "The Loop" - Famous shops,restaurants & cinema, within 8 miles. Disney, Universal, Sea World etc, all nearby 10-20 mins

Q: Could you please tell me the nearest airport (including transport time) and the specific times to Disney and Universal Studies parks?
A: The nearest airport is Orlando, about 35 minutes away. The Disney Parks/Area is closest about 10-15 mins, and Universal Seaworld about 20 minutes

This villa was just perfect. It contained everything that you could possibly need and was absolutely spotless. It was even better than it looked in the photographs! There were clear instructions left of what do in the event of any problems - none of which we had. The location was very central. We would certainly use this property again.
