Welcome to Hidden Spring Villa, our luxurious executive 5 bed/3.5 bath house located in a tranquil haven within minutes of Disney World and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer. It is situated on a wonderful vacation resort - Glenbrook - which has its own clubhouse with air-conditioned gym, large resort pool, tennis court, volleyball court, children's play area, snooker, air hockey, computer with free Internet access and a huge TV in the lounge area. The house itself is extremely spacious & sleeps 12 people comfortably. It has its own private large screened south-facing swimming pool with adjoining in-ground spa, with safety fencing and outside lighting so you can enjoy this area after sunset. There are colour TVs & DVDs in the family room & all bedrooms, a music centre in the formal lounge, a PlayStation 2 and an XBox as well as a games room with foosball and table tennis. We also have books, puzzles, games compendium and cards. Fully air-conditioned throughout.

The Glenbrook Vacation Resort lies just north of Route 192 on Highway 27, and is only 15 minutes drive from the Disney World Theme Parks, 20 minutes from SeaWorld and 25 minutes from the Universal resort and the heart of the International Drive area. Busch Gardens in Tampa and the superb white-sand beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts can be reached in under an hour. There is a Sweetbay supermarket within walking distance, with a large WalMart less than a mile away. There are a handful of shops and restaurants within walking distance, with many more just 5-10 minutes away. The shopping malls and Premium Outlets are just 20 minutes away

Own screened pool and spa (heating available) with large decking area (child pool screen fitted) - all south facing, fully air conditioned, large master bedroom with jacuzzi whirlpool bath in master ensuite bathroom, 2nd master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, further double bedroom with queen size bed, 2 twin rooms, family bathroom, living room with queen size sofa bed, formal dining area, large kitchen with all appliances and breakfast table, family room with awesome 53" widescreen colour TV & home theatre system, utility room with washing maching and tumble dryer, all towels (including pool towels) provided, TV with cable & DVD in every bedroom, Playstation 2, XBox, gamesroom with twist football and table tennis. FREE broadband connection.

The Glenbrook vacation resort boasts a clubhouse, with an air-conditioned gym, gamesroom, move/media room with PC, unlimited internet access & wireless, tennis court, volleyball and a large communal pool with sunloungers.

Please note that prices are not inclusive of pool heat during winter months. Security deposit of �250 is required before any bookings are confirmed. The holiday payment is required 2 calendar months before commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the due date. Cancellation charges are shown below.

The �250 refundable security deposit is returned after the holiday is over, less any costs incurred by breakage or excess cleaning requirements. A standard charge of �10 is made for damage to or loss of key.

Written notification must be given if the booking is to be cancelled. Cancellation charges to be determined by the date that this written notice is received as follows:

More than 60 days before commencement of holiday: 50% of deposit
Between 60 and 30 days before commencement of holiday: 50% of rental costs
Less than 30 days before commencement of holiday: 100% of rental costs

Q: Are there any baby products at the home IE: crib/pak n play, bounce seat, high chair, toys. Also, does this price include all taxes and fees? I did not see anywhere on the sight if this is included in the quoted price.
A: All prices include taxes and cleaning. baby items may be provided free of charge if requested at booking.

Only disappointment the lack of ceiling fans to assist the air conditioning.

Home was fantastic - My Wife and Grandmother told me they were very happy with me in my decision to rent this villa. My sons had the time of their lives on their visit - as nice as the house was, we mostly only used it after a long day at the parks to sleep. A few things to note - the pool heat wasnt really that warm - the water was pretty cold- the week we went it was pretty cold outside, and the water was cold. I I called the number left to me to call to ask the heat be turned up, and they took care of it the same day - you could tell the water was a bit warmer. The water for both the Spa (note it is not a hot tub) and the pool are the same temperature. Also - if you are going anywhere it says its a 15 minute drive to the parks...and it is in no traffic....but it took me 45 minutes to get from there to Downtown Disney in traffic, and I was about 2 minutes late for my show when I thought I had plenty of time, so do keep that in mind. No complaints really- and I am sure the people who visited after us loved the tea and alcohol we had to leave behind....Overall, I was very pleased with the villa, certainly more perferable to a cramped hotel room.

Swimming pool spa was not working and was never fixed, despite reporting it twice. Otherwise facilities and service would have been 10. Still highly recommended to anyone though !!!
