Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated community with two lakes and is surrounded by a Conservation Area. It is ideally situated just off Highway 192 where you will find shops, restaurants and other facilities. Disney World main gate is just 4 miles away and other attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World are within a short drive. Several high quality golf courses are minutes away. Sunset Lakes has further facilities including a communal pool and children�s play area.

The villa provides a spacious open plan living area with two large sofas, one of which converts into a queen bed. The living room overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sliding patio door providing access onto the pool deck. There is a 46 inch flat screen TV with HD cable and DVD player. We also provide a stereo CD player for your entertainment and High Speed Internet Access for use with your laptop. The living room also has a PlayStation3 MOVE games system with a number of controllers, and a BOSE SoundDock iPod/iPhone sound system.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, twin door fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, dishwasher and many other appliances. The dining area has an extending table and chairs seating up to 8 people. There are a further two stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar. The dining area has direct access to the lanai (shaded patio area) via sliding doors.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with wc, garden tub bath, large shower cubicle and twin vanity units. There is a walk-in wardrobe off the bathroom with electronic safe. The master bedroom also has sliding doors onto the pool area and a 32 inch flat screen cable HDTV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, en-suite shower room/wc, 32 inch cable flat screen HDTV and DVD player. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, including a Disney themed room. Both twin rooms have 26 inch flat screen HDTVs and DVD players. The third bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and wc. There is a playstation 2 and games in one of the twin rooms.

There is also a Games Room with pool table and foosball/soccer.

Three patio doors lead directly onto the screened pool deck where you will find sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine until late into the evening. There is a shaded lanai area that has an overhead fanlight and a table and chairs for outside dining. The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler months and there is also a pool cover.

The prices include all taxes, cleaning prior to arrival and after departure, utility bills, pool maintenance and local telephone calls. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. A cot/crib including bedding and a high chair are provided at no extra cost. A mid stay clean may be arranged, if required, at an additional cost. Stays are for a minimum of 7 nights.
Pool heating is additional (recommended between November and March) and is available at a cost of £14 / $20 per day (2014 rates £15 / $24) (please advise at the time of booking).

Q: Please can you tell me what direction the pool faces?
A: The pool is north west/west facing which means that there is sun somewhere in the pool area for most of the day, but also some welcome shade.
