Indian Creek is ideally located in the Formosa Gardens area of Kissimmee. Situated just a few minutes from Highway 192, the resort is close enough to enjoy the benefits of a major transport route whilst remaining distant enough to remain quiet and tranquil.The resort enjoys a private children's play area, basketball and tennis courts and a soccer pitch, all of which are free for use by residents. A 24-hour supermarket is just two minutes drive away, along with a range of shops and restaurants.The resort sits against a backdrop of green scenery, allowing you to relax, unwind and leave behind the stresses of the outside world.

Dunscullib Villa is spacious and fully air conditioned. The Villa has a comfortable sitting room with flat screen cable television and DVD. It has a fully equipped kitchen with eating area and also a more formal dining room. In all, Dunscullib Villa has all the comforts of your own home, plus the added bonus of being just 3 miles from the entrance to the Magic Kingdom.

The four bedrooms are all double. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The Queen Room is also en-suite with a queen size double bed. The two twin rooms have a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have televisions

After a busy day visiting the numerous Disney attractions, which are all within easy reach by car, you can come home and relax by the pool.

This villa is fully air conditioned. There is a telephone which can be used for free local call, incoming calls and emergency calls. Internet is available.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher. Microwave, iron/ironing board, coffee maker etc. in fact everything to make life easier whilst on holiday. There is also a dining area in the kitchen.

Dining Room: There is a separate dining room if you would like to eat in more formal surroundings. This room is bright with a touch of elegance.

Sitting room: This room is spacious and comfortable with patio doors leading to the pool area. There is cable television, video and stereo system in this room. There is an assortment of videos and books available for your use.

Bedroom 1: This room has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is cable television in this room.

Bedroom 2: This room has a queen size double bed, also with ensuite bathroom. Television in this room.

Bedrooms 3 and 4: Otherwise known as 'Jack and Jill' rooms, there are 2 single beds in each room and a shared bathroom. Television in these rooms.


Pool: The pool area is screened lanai. There is a private fenced pool. The patio has comfortable patio furniture. The patio doors leading from the sitting room to the pool area are alarmed � for the safety of children.

Games Room: Air hockey and snooker table in set up in the games room.

Great house and great location for all Disney parks. Check in and out was quick and easy. House was well-maintained and the gas grill on the patio was a nice extra. Only minor complaint was a few cobwebs in the corners and too few towels in the bathrooms (for a teenager). Overall, we had a great vacation there and would book again.

Excellent home in the perfect location for the Disney parks. Dealings and information provided by the booking agency (Your Florida Group) and the owners were great. Home has all of the facilities you would expect and was only let down by the company responsible for cleaning it !
