We are situated on the U.S.27 at the west end of the 192 all Disney parks are 10 - 15 minutes away and within easy reach of most golf courses, with all other attractions close by.

We have most retail shops close bye and several supermarkets and drugstores just 5 minutes from Orange tree. Orlando international airport is 30 minutes away by car; Sanford airport is 60min and Tampa approx. 75 min away.
The superb Gulf Coast can be reached in about 90 min by car. While to the east Kennedy space centre and cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in an hour. Miami is just approx. 4hrs away.

A: Yes as the pool heat and hot tub heating are linked from same pool heater, so cost is the same.

A: I am sorry I do not know the exact dimensions I believe approx 28' and is standard size similar to most private pools in the area

A: no sorry we do not have a car seat they can be included with car hire. The closes shops and restaurants are approx 2-3 miles away.

Eventhough I did not pay to heat the pool for the week, I did think we would still have a hot tub to enjoy. It is unclear when booking that the two facilities are actually one of the same.
